Lightide’s online FAQ provides purchase tips, lighting advice, news on shipment, and guidance on how to buy through the LED solution. If you cannot find the answer to the FAQ you’re looking for, please contact us today. We will be glad to assist you with any questions and provide you with the most efficient and creative ways to light up your project or business.
Welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
It will take 7 days to finish the samples. Mass production time needs 2-4 weeks based on different quantities.
Low MOQ. 2pcs sample for checking is acceptable.
As for express service, we usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, or FedEx. And it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Air cargo will take about 10-15 days. Sea cargo also is optional for mass products and it will take about 25-35 days to North America.
All the LED luminaires are UL/cUL or ETL/cETL certified. Most of them also are DLC qualified for payback. Please visit the Certificate to find more details about our certifications to UL standards.

Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don’t need UL Label. Otherwise, you need to make UL multiple listing first. Then we can print your LOGO together with your UL. Moreover, Lightide offers a wide range of product customization features, such as LED chips, specific CCT, or drivers. We can design and create any modification for any of the products that we offer.
All the LED luminaires can be built with a UL924 battery for emergency use. Whether you’re looking to light up your home, office, or outdoor area, our LED lights with battery backup are the perfect choice. They’re easy to install, simple to use, intelligent to work, and built to last.

Lightide offers a 5-10 years warranty on our complete products based on detailed requirements.See detail:
Firstly, our led lighting products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new led fixtures or parts with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send you new parts to replace or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation, and you don’t need to send the bad one to us.
