5-Year Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty to protect your investment and ensure that you get the most out of your purchase. And we understand that accidents can happen, and that’s why we offer a guarantee that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with the product within the first 5 years of ownership, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
10-Year Warranty
The 10-year LED guarantee, starting from the date of delivery of the product to the authorized distributor of Lightide, applies only to the LED lighting product and is subject to the conditions outlined in the terms. Meanwhile, the 10-year limited warranty covers products that use Meanwell drivers, such as LED High Bay Lights and LED Parking Lot Lights.
