- If necessary, you may also contact our company staff through other official channels (such as our official website: https://www.lightideled.com/) to confirm their identity or visit our company in person to discuss matters.
- Strengthen your password management. To prevent criminals from stealing your account passwords, we recommend you use complex, difficult-to-crack passwords and change them regularly. Furthermore, do not reveal personal account passwords or other sensitive information to anyone. Our staff will never ask you for this information over the phone.
