Here are some recommendations to protect yourself from fraud:

1. Scammers often create a false sense of urgency, demanding immediate transfers or personal information under the guise of “business cooperation.” Please be sure to carefully verify the authenticity and legitimacy of all calls or messages to avoid being scammed.
2. If you receive a suspicious call or message, please first verify the sender’s identity and information. (This can be confirmed through multiple methods, such as name matching on the bank transfer interface, requesting a photo of their physical business card, or asking for a real-time video of their office environment).
   • Before transferring any funds, you can request that the person send a confirmation email from our official company email address: [sales@lightideled.com].
   • If necessary, you may also contact our company staff through other official channels (such as our official website: https://www.lightideled.com/) to confirm their identity or visit our company in person to discuss matters.
3. Strengthen your password management. To prevent criminals from stealing your account passwords, we recommend you use complex, difficult-to-crack passwords and change them regularly. Furthermore, do not reveal personal account passwords or other sensitive information to anyone. Our staff will never ask you for this information over the phone.
